Wedding Anniversary:  October 14, 1972

Meet Dave Falk, the tenor for The Joyful Sounds Quartet.  Dave has been with the group since its’ birth 16 years ago.  The other members also refer to Dave as the “bus driver”, maybe due to his size or because he can back up the equipment trailer.

Dave is married to his high school sweet heart, Pinkie (Ethel).  They will be celebrating 38 years of marriage on October 14, 2010.  They have been blessed with two children, Louette and Lynette.  Louette is married to Randy and they have two children, Miranda (9 years old) and Randy David (1 year old).  Lynette is married to Lon (Luke), and they have two children, Lon Nathaniel Thomas (12 years old) and Lynden David (7 years old).

Dave worked for London’s Farm Dairy for 25 years.  What a great place to work, all the milk and ice cream you can eat!  Dave now works for another great place, TI Automotive.  There, he spends all his time working off all the dairy products from his prior job!

Dave and Pinkie enjoy traveling and looking for water falls, camping, riding bikes, golfing, and entertaining the grandchildren.

In Dave’s own words:  “I enjoy seeing God move on people when the Spirit is set on them through a song.  Music to me is the universal language.  You don’t have to say much, just let God have His way.  Let Him minister to His people.  We are merely the vessel”.
