In July 2006, David rejoined the The Joyful Sounds Quartet as their sound technician and road manager after traveling for 4 1/2 years with The Calvarymen Quartet out of Flint, MI as their first tenor.  David enjoys the sense of fulfillment he receives from the behind the scenes work.  David is also the groups engineer and producer for their recordings which are done in his home studio.

David and his wife Carole, live in Fort Gratiot and have 2 children, Austin who is 7 years old and Abygayle who is 4 years old.  Carole is the group’s web master and also does the booking for the group.

Dave also has 2 children, David III who is 23 and Amy who is 26 along with a grandson, Damian who is 3 years old.  David is currently traveling with “The Nelons” out of Jacksonville, FL.  Amy currently lives in Las Vegas.

Carole grew up within a very musical family and traveled for several years with her sisters, Connie and Cathie, as The Wolfe Trio.  Her mom, Valerie, played the piano and her dad, Nelson, ran the sound.
